15T servo hydraulic press

Shanghai Zhu'en servo press has a pressing force range of 0.5-15T, with a maximum output force of 15T. It is speculated that the 15T servo hydraulic press has undergone pressure adjustment based on this. Its stroke is unlimited and can be customized as needed, usually between 50-400mm.

- High control accuracy: It can realize full closed-loop control of precise pressure and displacement. The whole process curve of pressing force and displacement can be displayed on the touch screen. It can automatically judge whether the product is qualified at any stage and remove defective products in real time.

- Easy operation: Pressing force, pressing depth, pressure speed, holding time and other parameters can be input numerically on the operation panel. 100 sets of pressing programs can be customized, stored and called, and seven pressing modes are available for selection.

- Data traceability: Connect to the computer through an external port, and the pressing data can be stored in the computer, which is convenient for production quality control and management.

Structure and Performance

The servo hydraulic press of Shanghai Zhu'en may adopt a frame-type guide rail structure or the classic three-beam four-column structure, which has the characteristics of strong rigidity and excellent deformation resistance. Its no-load stroke speed can reach 150-200mm/s, the working feed speed can be as low as 18mm/s, the pressure accuracy can reach ±5N, and the positioning accuracy can reach ±0.01mm.
